PFC inductor is an electromagnetic induction component. It is made of insulated wire wound with a certain number of turns on a winding bracket or iron core. This coil is also called an inductor coil. The winding coil is made of high-quality 155 degrees Celsius, 180 degrees Celsius , 220 degrees Celsius high temperature enameled wire, the winding method is divided into single layer winding method, dense layer winding method and honeycomb winding method. The manufacturing process can be adjusted according to the actual needs of customers; ferrite cores usually use 5K, 5K, 7K, 10K, 12K and 15K materials; alloy cores usually use 26μ, 40μ, 60μ, 75μ, 90μ and 125μ materials.
